Account & Registration Obligations

• All users must register and login to purchase products and availing services on deliver24x7 platform. Registration or signup is one-time process based on successful mobile or email verification via OTP. You must provide latest and correct details for all communications related to your purchase from deliver24x7 platform. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to receive promotional, transactional or other communications, and newsletters from deliver24x7 and its group companies/ affiliates.

• You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the login credentials of your account on the deliver24x7 Platform and to restrict access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account.

• You will: (1) immediately inform us of any unauthorized usage of the account or any other security breach; and (2) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. Product Availability

• We list availability information for the Products on the deliver247 Platform. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we may send you the communication by way of push notification or SMS or email or IVR call or any manual call, as the case may be, once your order is delivered. However, if any Products you added in the cart turn out to be unavailable or out of stock at the time of processing the order, the same shall be auto removed from the cart with simultaneous credit in your bank account, as the case may be and may also be informed to you before delivery of your order.
